4. Subscription & Payments

• • Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay)
• • The Company does not store full card or banking credentials
• • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access

5. User Responsibilities

• • Do not misuse or attempt unauthorized access
• • Ensure legality of stored financial/customer data

6. Data & Records

We store financial and credit-related data entered by users. Users are solely responsible for accuracy, legality, and compliance of the data entered into NidhiRaksha.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PROSEBA SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of NidhiRaksha.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in NidhiRaksha, including software, branding, design, and content, remain the exclusive property of PROSEBA SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if these Terms are violated or misuse is detected.
