This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions purchased for NidhiRaksha, a digital software service provided by PROSEBA SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

NidhiRaksha is owned and operated by PROSEBA SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the laws of India.

1. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will stop future renewals.

Cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund for the current billing period.

2. Refund Policy

NidhiRaksha is a digital, subscription-based SaaS platform. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree:

  • • All payments are final and non-refundable
  • • No refunds for partially used subscription periods
  • • No refunds for unused features or services
  • • Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances at the Company’s sole discretion:

  • • Duplicate payment due to technical error
  • • Payment deducted but subscription not activated
  • • Verified billing error attributable to the Company

All refund requests are subject to verification and internal review.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Payment Gateway

Payments are processed securely via authorized third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay). Refund timelines may depend on gateway processing policies.
